Never Ending Battles rings in quite fit with scenery sounds of a battle, galloping horses and swords are heard before it leads over to a very atmospheric and majestic passage and this Intro fluently ends in the second song of the record. I dscribe the Intro Disaster is coming in detail because of its extraordinary sign for the complete work of Never Ending Battles, a record that acts totally with the theme battles - not only lyrically but even musically. And this musical transformation Saxorior succeeded well. Owe the used atmospheric elements at the right point the band engends an almost throughout martial and battle reflecting atmosphere.
So Never Ending Battles is enacted quite melodic and hymnical. Rhythmically Saxorior acts prevaillingly with mid-tempi parts so they handle very variable and exploit this in full breadth. It never gets really fast, but even not slow. Musically there´s nothing to cavil at Never Ending Battles, it´s melodic and sound is clear and pressureful. Merely the vocals just when singing in German rise an easy disgust so it reminds Eisregen extremely.

Concluding wiht AC/DC cover song For Those About To Rock which gets a support by Baltak frontman Gorgoroth as guest vocalist. It sounds quite interesting to listen the raucous sounding screams of Gorgoroth to Saxorior played music. Though the German lyrics annoyze me a little bit Never Ending Battles still is an excellent succeeded record cause Saxorior insert very melodic aspects that way those parts don´t exaggerate what can happen quite fast.
