Misantrok and Kingdom of Fog are a matter of two Spanish bands that indulge in plain rough and occasionally very grimly and venomous Black Metal at this split tape. Above all the Misantrok duo extremely performs, distributed among four tracks, simple, catching and above wide span primitive Black Metal astonishing above all by a constantly calamitous atmosphere. The primitive assertion doesn't mark hereby as a negative stigma but as a paraphrase of the barbarian instinct venting on Misantrok's music. The instrumental structure are of a easy and clear type, simple and above distance unchangeable rhythm accompanied with equally purist hold guitars, so Misantrok act during the single tracks with different tempi. Each song has its own basic pace so, in spite of musical simplicity by the different song tempo, a certain variation consists because all tracks are discernible and have their own atmosphere. Moreover are the marked, distorted and sometimes very intensive vocals certainly sang in Spanish but also have an ominous, desolate and praying with hatred atmosphere.

Whereas Kingdom of Fog are darker more melancholic and despite all ruggedness more melodic. The first two tracks of Kingdom of Fog turn out right long and a dark sluggishness prevail so strident distorted guitars provide for the melodic aspect. Rarely Kingdom of Fog remembers in their rough sadness early Burzum for what the distorted vocals are conducive and partly seems to be much tormented and stroked by agony. Kingdom of Fog certainly aren't determined by continuously slackness, supposedly very aggressive pushes of trampling fast speediness exist. Path of total Grimness occasionally consist of bizarre and extreme changes from slowly, dark and thoroughly sphere passages into brutal and seething to hatred outbursts. Laughs of despair and humanity's decay is more violent in total as the two first songs because it's shorter and those quiete, slowly, melancholic passages are failed. It's recorded in a furious, hammering tact surrounded by strident riffs extremely vocal attacks.

This split tape consists of two different Spanish underground bands that both perform rough and extreme Black Metal whereby Misantrok totally are to catching, some more variation should succeeded their songs. Kingdom of Fog indeed convinces me with their intensive changes of melancholy and extreme hardness. This tape is published in a 200 copies edition.
