This tonal stormy outburst of fury, which the Italian project Decreto K is offering here, has to be declared as high-grade destructive and extreme. Decreto K itself describes the style as „Harsh Amphetamine Black Metal & Lo. Fi Negativism“, what is certainly very appropriate.
The self-produced CDr, including seventeen insane songs of slightly more than 27 minutes, contains a lot of harsh Noise Black Metal with multifarious electronic and mechanic sounding tones. Beyond that there are also heard extremely played and very gruff and raw sounding guitars, which mostly are melting in fast, dim manner with the radically distorted screaming into a negative sound noise.
Who needs melodies and flawless structures should definitely keep its hands off Che Il Viale Sia Nero, because otherwise a skull burst is threatening. But despite the simply basic Decreto K's sound creation is build up the music is able to convince in a certain way, because it's thoroughly capable of creating a sombre, insane and aggressive atmosphere.
In this connection the often scabiesious created guitar playing is pleasing me in its combination with the distorted vocals. Then these guitars insert single weird harmonies fitting with an additional obscure surface.
Who likes above all harsh and noise tones and sounds should give Decreto K a chance. For certain tempers this music is suited perfectly.
