Behind the French one-man project Aigro Mucifelam is concealed a certain Krof, which is known to someone from bands as Maleficum Orgia, Emptyness, Funeral or Blessed in Sin. Lost Sounds Depraved was recorded in the years 2001 and 2002, what you certainly don't hear, because in its very harsh and destructive matter it's the material just timeless.
Lost Sounds Depraved contains seven nameless titles. The songs don't need names, because Aigro Mucifelam celebrates in an impressed manner extreme rough, catching and insane Black Metal, which is subjected only single variations and alternations. At once I remind exact two associations with Lost Sounds Depraved: pure hate as Black Metal noise. The two attributes are essentially enough to describe adequately the music of Aigro Mucifelam. For a professional review is this for sure too less.
The rhythmic route is described than also quick: the drums are hammering catching and fast their beats, within row and shrill distorted vocals are the focus o the scene. The vocals are in their enormous distortion slightly rough and aren't screamed, instead of this the singing remains constantly calm, what fits perfectly to this thoroughly destructive natured Black Metal. So guitars and drumming already act exceedingly harsh the more calm arranged singing is an antithesis, which adds the destruction loaded atmosphere something morbid and obscure.
The material of Lost Sounds Depraved is therewith possibly unpretentious and doesn't demand any playing skills. Those who dislike this shouldn't even listen to it. For all that Aigro Mucifelam has its appeal and this lies in the primitive and of annihilation formed impression, which Aigro Mucifelam is impressively performing with its purist Black Metal.
In a certain manner Lost Sounds Depraved is a merciless hunt for each listener, because the seven songs are effective in the listener's nerves and strong wills as a battue. Then with not being in the right mute, it's hard to hear the record without a break. This extreme, catching hammering and harsh playing is tugging at you, because the music at anytime or just phase merely effects as destructively arranged noise.
